TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment is required upon delivery of the skip and can be made by credit card or cash. Invoices are only issued if arranged in advance.
Overfilled skips will either be reduced to a safe level for transport or left on site until excess material is removed. A return fee of $250.00 will apply for re-collection.
The skip remains the responsibility of the hirer at all times, including its contents, any damage incurred, and ensuring it is returned in a safe condition.
The following items are strictly prohibited: liquids, asbestos, tyres, chemicals, and gas bottles.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure clear and safe access for delivery and collection. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted.
Skips must not be placed on public roads without the appropriate permit.
By using the services of Gold Coast Waste and Recycling, you agree to indemnify Gold Coast Waste and Recycling, Byron Bay Bins, and Tweed Skips, including their staff, against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the delivery or collection of the skip.
